Opt-In Method

You have opted in to SMS messaging from Mid Florida A/C either verbally at our physical location, over the phone, or through intake forms on our website, https://www.mid-floridaair.com/.

As you share your phone number for the first time, our team will invite you to opt in for our SMS communications. Stay informed with timely billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, and job completion surveys. You will be advised that "message and data rates may apply," and "message frequency may vary."

For assistance or additional information, text HELP. To discontinue receiving messages, simply text STOP at any time, and you will no longer receive any communications from us. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting-Out of SMS Communication

You have the freedom to opt out of receiving SMS messages from Mid Florida A/C anytime by texting STOP in response to any of our messages. Once opted out, you'll no longer receive any SMS communications from us. Should you decide to rejoin and stay connected, simply text "START" at any time to opt back in.
